Building 18 Livestock Sale Barn
Hosting livestock sales at the Frederick Fairgrounds is nothing new.
Its no wonder countless associations and producers have chosen our
site to hold
their auction. When the gavel falls be sure your sale is
being held in the newly renovated Spotlight on
Champions Sale Barn.
The sale barn has been renovated to provide better lighting,
and painted for a cleaner and brighter appearance. The barn is equipped
with holding pens
for livestock as well as scales certified
by the Maryland Department of Agriculture.
Grandstand and Stage
When the spotlights shine, make sure they are shining on
your event
being held center stage at the fairgrounds. What a wonderful
place to have an outdoor concert in the early spring or summer or late fall.
The grandstand/track seats
between 2,976 to 4,365 people. The fairgrounds also
has a box office with three ticket windows. If concerts are not what
you are looking to feature, the 1/2
mile dirt track is excellent for
tractor pulls, motorcycle races, or even rodeos.
