1. Upload your video to YouTube
   Visit YouTube.com and follow the instructions for submitting your video.  YouTube video upload instructions.

3. Complete the additional information in the form below
   
   
4. Check the main Fair Tube page in the near future!
   All Fair Tube submissions require approval. Check back often to see when your video is posted.
