ADMISSION to FAIRGROUNDS

Friday, Sept. 15, 2017 — 2 – 10p.m.

Adults (11 yrs. & up)                                                                                                                           $5.00

Children (10 yrs. & under)                                                                                                      FREE

Saturday, Sept. 16 – Saturday, Sept. 23, 2017 — 9a.m. – 10p.m.

Adults (11 yrs. & up)                                                                                                                           $8.00

SENIOR CITIZENS age 65 and over are admitted FREE on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday until 3p.m., but must pay for parking at all fair operated parking lots.

MILITARY APRECIATION DAY is Wednesday, Sept 9/20.  Active duty military in uniform or with military ID are admitted free until 6 p.m. but must pay for parking at all fair operated parking lots.

FAIR DAY (Kid’s Day) Thursday, Sept. 21 all youth 18 and under are admitted free until 5 p.m., but MUST PAY for parking at all fair operated parking lots.

ADVANCED SALES – DISCOUNTS

3-DAY PASS- $21 — Good for ONE single admission per day any 3 days of the fair. This pass DOES NOT include parking. No Refunds. (Advanced sales end 5p.m. Friday, Sept. 15)

$30 RETAIL MEGA TICKET — Good for both ONE admission and ONE wristband to ride ALL day on any ONE day that you choose. (Does not have time restrictions such as the POP). Sales begins August 1 and ends September 16, 2017 at participating Walgreens. This pass DOES NOT include parking. No Refunds.

Per Vehicle in Lot A, Krietz Auto Lot B, Krietz Auto Lot C, Lot D                                         $5.00

HANDICAPPED PARKING – All parking is $7.00 per vehicle if parking on fairgrounds property or $5.00 per vehicle if parking in Lot A, Krietz Auto Lot B, Krietz Auto Lot C, or Lot D including Handicapped Parking at all fair operated parking lots. Vehicle must display proper documentations.

BY TRANSIT:
The Great Frederick Fairgrounds are serviced directly by the Blue Route and the Flex Route 1.

BY CAR

From points, East
Take I-70 West to East Patrick Street, Exit 56. Follow East Patrick Street (MD 144) to Monroe Avenue., make a right. Watch for signs directing to fairgrounds’ parking.

From points, South
Take I-270 North to Exit 32, I-70 East toward Baltimore. Follow to East Patrick Street, Exit 56; make a right at end of exit. Watch for signs directing to fairgrounds’ parking.

From points, West

Use I-70 East toward Baltimore. Follow to East Patrick Street, Exit 56; make a right at end of exit. Watch for signs directing to fairgrounds’ parking.

From points, North
Take U.S.15 South to Frederick, use Baltimore I-70 East exit. Follow to East Patrick Street, Exit 56; make a right at end of exit. Watch for signs directing to fairgrounds’ parking.

9/15                  5 p.m.- Closing

Friday                          POP $25.  POP’s do not include paid fair gate admission or parking.

 

**9/16              10 a.m. – Closing

Saturday                      POP $30. ($25 if purchased on-line by 5 p.m. September 15 at  www.thegreatfrederickfair.com). Regular price after 8 p.m.; wristbands not sold after 8 p.m. POP’s do not include paid fair gate admission or parking.

9/17                  12 Noon-Closing

Sunday                         Regular ticket, admission and parking prices apply

9/18                  2 p.m. – Closing: $1 Day

Monday            All rides are 1 ticket ($1) each.  Must purchase $10 worth of tickets at a time.  Some carnival midway food items may be sold for $1. Regular gate admission and parking prices apply.

9/19                  2 p.m. – Closing

Tuesday            Regular Price and $60 Carload Special (Carload special includes parking at Lot D ONLY off  Monocacy Blvd.), paid gate admission for as many legally buckled passengers in vehicle and the evening of rides. Buses NOT included in this special.  Regular prices apply if not participating in the Carload Special.

9/20                  2 p.m.- Closing

Wednesday       POP $25.  POP’s do not include paid fair gate admission or parking.

9/21                  10 a.m.-5 p.m.: Kids Day

Thursday          All rides reduced by 1 ticket (regular prices after 5 p.m.) does not include paid fair gate admission or parking.

9/22                              2 p.m. – Closing

Friday                          POP $25. POP’s do not include paid fair gate admission or parking.

**9/23                          10 a.m.-Closing.

**Carnival wrist bands will NOT be sold two hours before the end of the promotion.
